The Tulpenweg project inspires with appealing architecture, bright apartments and a good location. The 20 apartments become a smart home thanks to technology from ABB. The future-oriented living experience offers networked control of lighting, blinds, heating and door communication. The home technology installation offers comfort to all generations and helps elderly people to live in their own homes for as long as possible and with more security. Already during the construction phase, all apartments of the Tulpenweg project could be rented. The heat is generated by a pellet heating system. All apartments were built according to the bonacasa construction standards.
