In Subingen, there was a need for apartments suitable for senior citizens. On behalf of the municipality, bonacasa surveyed the requirements and then defined the specifications for the project. Subsequently, bonainvest was able to realize the project with 21 rental apartments. The development is an example of a successful public-private partnership. The building is Minergie-certified. In the Birkengarten project, heat is generated by means of gas heating and a solar system. All apartments were built according to the bonacasa construction standards.
