In June 2020, the land directly next to Rudolfstetten-Friedlisberg railway station was purchased, including the building permit for the project. The result is an eight-storey apartment building with 28 rental flats built to bonacasa construction standards and service areas on the ground floor. The residential and commercial building comprises flats with 1.5, 2.5 and 3.5 rooms, a service area of around 200 m2 on the ground floor and a neighbourhood used by the public. A car park is available to tenants, visitors and customers. Heat is generated by a heat pump and photovoltaic system and the building is Minergie-certified.
