In addition to the Strahmhof project, bonainvest is building a second project in Münchenbuchsee. On the 12,156 m² site, 94 rental flats and 22 owner-occupied flats will be built to bonacasa construction standards. The offer includes flats with 1.5 to 5.5 rooms, a communal room and a commercial space. Heating will be provided by district heating and a photovoltaic system will be built on the roofs to generate solar power. Occupancy will be staggered. The condominiums will be occupied from December 2023 and the rental flats in stages from September 2024.
