On the site of the former HUG rusk factory, bonainvest has developed the Zwiebacki project based on the design plan. The four properties set standards with their exceptional, high-quality architecture and contemporary wooden facades. A total of 56 apartments were built and commercial space was realized on the first floors of three buildings. The arrangement of the four buildings along the streets has created a quiet, spacious and park-like green area to the northwest. The heat in the settlement is generated by means of a heat pump. The buildings are Minergie-certified. All apartments were built according to the bonacasa construction standards.
