In a competitive process, bonainvest has developed an entire quarter and realized the last stage with the Arnhof. The project comprises a semi-detached house with 4.5 rooms each, two apartment buildings with 3.5 to 5.5 room apartments and three terraced single-family houses with 5.5 rooms each as well as car garages. The unobstructed site is slightly elevated and benefits from plenty of sun and light. The buildings are Minergie certified and heat is generated by means of a heat pump. In addition, the apartments were built according to the bonacasa construction standards.
