In two buildings on Wolfgrabenstrasse, 21 rental apartments have been created with well thought-out floor plans and a high standard of finish, as well as a medical practice on the first floor. A highlight of the development is the modern building technology installation by ABB for a digitally networked living experience. All apartments were rented out even before the project was completed.
