Schüsspark UNO

In the city of Biel-Bienne, an entire urban quarter with 200 apartments was developed on an area of 42,100 m2. Within the framework of this large-scale project, the nursing home, a group and physiotherapy practice as well as a day care center for the elderly were also realized by Bracher und Partner, which today belongs to bonainvest Holding. The cornerstone for the first stage of the neighborhood development was the Schüsspark UNO with 53 apartments, studios as well as office, practice and therapy rooms with a nursing station. The apartments were built according to the bonacasa building standards.
