Schüsspark SEI

The fourth phase of the Schüsspark estate is a striking eight-story building which rounds off the site to the north east at the centre of Biel. The 1st and 2nd The fourth and final stage of the Schüsspark development forms a striking, eight-story building as the conclusion of the site towards the center of the city of Biel. The first and second floors each contain three smaller 3.5-room apartments with protected loggias set into the base of the building. From the third to the seventh floor, spacious 3.5- and 4.5-room apartments, which also have loggias, benefit from a unique view over the rooftops of Biel. Room heights of 2.65 meters create a generous sense of space. The building is Minergie certified and the apartments were built according to the bonacasa construction standards.
