bonainvest carried out the concept work for this project and implemented the bonacasa building standard with a license agreement. The läbesgarte DUE counts 28 condominiums for living in old age. The first floor comprises eight southwest-facing garden apartments with seating areas, above which are two floors of eight apartments each with balconies and an attic floor with four apartments with terraces. The läbesgarte DUE is located in the immediate vicinity of the läbesgarte UNO and is connected to it via an arcade. The building is Minergie certified. In addition, the apartments were built according to the bonacasa construction standards.
