Schöneggpark

The Schöneggpark project comprises a total of 56 condominiums in three apartment buildings. The mixed residential development is suitable for young and old. Commercial premises and studios for various uses were integrated into the settlement.

The Schöneggpark development is located in Bern on the slope between Seftigenstrasse and Landoltstrasse, east of the municipal Schönegg Domicil retirement and nursing home.

The superstructure was realised in cooperation with the Ateliergemeinschaft Adler, Müller, Naegelin from Basel. The buildings are Minergie certified. In addition, the apartments were built according to bonacasa building Standards.
