At Bottigenstrasse 10 and 12, two interconnected buildings with 28 flats built to bonacasa construction standards, 700m2 of commercial space, various hobby rooms, an underground garage with 26 parking spaces and a large bicycle cellar. As a highlight for young and old, there is a green area off the road with a large play area for all tenants of the complex. The property was already fully rented when the tenant moved in.
