The development was realised in an elevated and quiet location in Unterägeri on the former site of the St. Anna Foundation. The renovation of the three existing properties 'Am Baumgarten 4, 6 and 8' was completed at the same time as the construction of the three new apartment blocks 'Am Baumgarten 1, 3 and 5'. The main building, the assisted living residence 'Am Baumgarten 10', was completed and opened in 2024.
